The largest of all five rooms, situated at the rear of the building, comprising a king-sized bed and a large flat-screen television.
It has the added bonus of a small lounge area, plus kitchenette facilities including kettle, toaster, fridge, hotplates and microwave and all necessary glassware, crockery, etc. There is a good-sized, fully-tiled bathroom featuring a walk-in wet-room/shower with towels and toiletries. This room has a delightful rural outlook. Free wi-fi included.
Due to the size of this room, it is particularly suitable for disabled.
Please note: Long-term tenants reside above, you may experience slight background noise but this should not be duly excessive. Persons of a particularly sensitive nature should perhaps choose an alternative room.
Booking Policy
Once you have reserved your stay, our agreement is a legal contract. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to charge you via your credit/debit card or by other means based on the following time scales:-
- 72 Hours or less notice or not checking-in on the first night of your stay – Cancellation charge equivalent to first day of your stay.
- Over 72 Hours notice – Full refund.
If you fail to check in on the first day of your stay, without prior agreement, we reserve the right to cancel your stay and the full balance will become due.
For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
